pinch Himalayan pink salt (only if needed)

One teaspoon of Olive Oil

  1. Place chickpeas in a bowl and crush them.
  2. Add chopped bell pepper, onion, garlic, mayonnaise, and olive oil, then mix. I prefer to place it in the food processor for a smoother consistency so my kids do not have to pick anything out.
  3. Taste and add a pinch of pink salt if needed.
  4. Sprinkle your desired amount of cayenne on top.

 How to serve:

You can have it as is, make a sandwich with your favorite bread, add it to a salad or eat it with crackers. You can also make a wrap using lettuce, collard green, or tortillas.

Enjoy, and God bless.
