Cucumber juice is an excellent addition to one’s list of healthy juices to drink in general. It is also a perfect summer cooling for the hot weather because it is naturally hydrating and contains minerals like potassium and magnesium that help maintain your body’s fluid balance.
Though considered to be a vegetable, cucumber is a fruit. Cucumbers are nutritious and loaded with many benefits, such as promoting weight loss, hydrating our body, relieving constipation, detoxing our body, improving skin, boosting energy, regulating blood pressure, promoting hair growth, and improving eyesight.
Cucumber juice is easy and quick to make. All you need is a juicer and one or two large cucumbers. You can also add a piece of ginger and lemon juice. Due to its bland taste, you can also your favorite fruit as well. I enjoy using apples or cucumbers.
