Happy and blessed morning, God’s beautiful people. It is Chooseday, yay. I am just so hype about this Summer Cooling series. It is getting so much warmer outside, so please ensure that you are drinking much water daily. I will be the first to say that there is nothing more refreshing and hydrates the body entirely than water. Yet, we may desire other forms of drinks to refresh us and even tantalize our taste buds now and then; there is nothing wrong with that as long as what we will nourish and strengthen our bodies. We do not want to be sick at all. The best way to do this is to make your smoothie and Juices from fresh fruits and vegetables. Check out my previous posts on Summer Cooling’s.

This week featured drink is a delicious and refreshing Berry Smoothie. See ingredients.

1 cup frozen blueberries

11/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 frozen banana

1 ripe kiwi

1 cup coconut water (water is fine as well)

You can add flaxseed, chiaseed and hempseed if you so desire as well for added nutritional benefits. If you like it a bit sour like myself, then add lemon juice.

Blend together in a nutribullet or blender and enjoy!
