I disappeared for several weeks without warning, and I know you noticed. The truth is, I underestimated the demands of my current undertakings. I had every intention of continuing my Monday and Wednesday posting rhythm, but life shifted quickly, and I realized I wouldn’t have the time or capacity to show up here the way I wanted. So I focused on what was most pressing in front of me.
My only regret is not saying I would be away for a while, and for that, I sincerely apologize.

The truth is… I’ve started something new.
After much consideration, prayer, and honest reflection, I decided it was time for me to step back into the working world. As much as I love being home with my children, I knew I needed to honor my own goals, identity, and purpose. God opened a door, a very specific door, and I wanted to walk through it fully, without hesitation, and give my absolute best. This season has become my way of saying, “Thank You, Lord, for remembering me.”
The past several weeks have been intense. I’ve completed a major chapter in this miraculous journey; one that stretched me, challenged me, and reminded me of who I am outside of motherhood. And now, I’m preparing for the next chapter with gratitude, humility, and expectation.
I want to share this journey with you.
I want to tell you how I got here.
I want to show you what God has done.
I want to bring you along as I step into this new calling.
But today’s post is simply a precursor; a gentle opening to what’s coming next on Itz Holistically Wholesome. On Monday, I’ll begin to share the full story behind this transition: the sacrifice, the faith, the motherhood, the identity, the prayer, and the door God opened.
This is the beginning of something new.
Something intentional.
Something aligned.
Something I’m finally ready to talk about.
See you Monday.
Be well and be blessed.
With love and purpose,
Tomika Chance
