Hey ya!!!! It’s Tuesday, and as promised, I am bringing to you another refreshing, healthy, delicious, and easy-to-make hot weather cooling recipe. So not only will you be refreshed, but you will be getting all the benefits contained in all these ingredients as well as you step into summer with your lit self. We all know that summer is that season when most of us try to look and feel like our very best physically and mentally. It is that time when we finally get to remove those heavy coats and jackets, put on our best clothes and venture outdoors for endless adventures and entertainment. After all, if there were any time that we deserve to let our hair down and be free, it is now after going through a frightful and depressing pandemic. But, by God’s grace, we made it through, and we are going to live each day like it was our last.
We all know that it can be hard to look our best if we are not feeling our best. So our internal environment must be well-nourished —this way, what we feel on the inside shows on the outside. And one way to do this is to ensure that what we drink to cool us down on a hot day also contains excellent nutritional benefits. So, our hot weather cooling’s for this week is this popping orange-carrot juice. Just the color alone will brighten up your day.
Ingredients
5lbs bag organic carrots
1 medium orange
I/2 lemon
small piece ginger
Pop all ingredients in your juicer and enjoy! Note that the amount you will get depends on the size and amount of juice in each component, especially the carrot and orange.
