Summer is almost at an end, and so is this Summer Cooling series. It was a pleasure to pop in here every Tuesday just to share juice and smoothie ideas that are nutritious and can cool you down simultaneously. Of course, there are endless drink options out there for you to try at any time. Yet, if you are health conscious, you always want to ensure that you provide your body with the very best and one sure way to ensure that this is so is to make your natural juices and smoothies right in your kitchen. Green Juices are also great ideas for a nice cool drink on a hot and sunny day. So just go ahead and pop a few of your favorite green vegetables into your juicer and create your unique taste to suit your taste buds. If you are new to juicing, Do not worry, I got you. 3 large celery sticks
5-6 cups Kale
1 whole large cucumber
parsley
fresh basil
juice of lemon
ginger
Wash and cut into sizes that will fit into your juicer and juice away. We know that some greens may not have a desirable taste, especially if you are new to green juice. However, this recipe is for the bold. So go ahead and add a green apple or a few pineapples to enhance the taste.
