PLANT-BASED/VEGAN VEGETABLE LO MEIN

Leading a plantbased diet does not mean you cannot get creative in the kitchen with your meals. Indeed, eating as close to nature as possible is ideal. Still, it is also okay to combine a few of your favorite ingredients to make a delicious meal for yourself and your family.

For this dish, I drew our inspiration from Guyanese Lo mein. By tweaking the recipe a bit, I have come up with a family favorite.
