This is not a usual post but I am so excited to announce that Itz Holistically Wholesome will be hosting a Natural Heath and Wellness Fair, accessible to the public. This venture is something that I have always wanted to do, and I am so delighted that it is finally happy.
Health reformation is something that I am so passionate about, and I believe that all of us should begin this journey if we desire healthy and better lives. It is so true that our health is our wealth. Unfortunately, so many young and older adults are battling various sicknesses and diseases, and the numbers continue to increase daily. Some of these health problems are diabetes, hypertension, obesity, high cholesterol, and cancer. Unfortunately, in many instances, these conditions are a result of poor lifestyle habits and practices. Consequently, we must take every step possible to prevent sickness and disease, improve or eradicate current health conditions and maintain good health. Many of these conditions are preventable if we adopt more healthful lifestyle practices. We must change how we think, how we eat and care for our bodies. It is not easy for most of us to do so on our own, especially if we know and our families have been doing these very practices for generations. Of course culture and tradition are essential to us but there is absolutely nothing wrong if we improve upon what has been handed down to us to better ourselves and our children. For example, if we have a family history of hypertension that has taken the lives of countless loved ones, it is up to us to do everything we can to break this cycle. It is possible to do! Itz Holistically Wholesome wants to help you along this important journey, and together we can be a vehicle of change and inspiration to other. We can all live healthy, happy, and wholesome lives if we are willing to put in the work.
Let us a reason and find solutions together. If you can attend, do so because you will not regret it. You will learn about the Eight Laws of Health, natural remedies, and recipes. We will demonstrate how to make a few plant-based recipes, smoothies, juices, and natural products. There will also be plant-based/vegan food available for you to try. This event is free, but we are open to donations for future events if you wish to do so; it is all up to you. For those who are so far away, we are trying to make it available on other platforms. Would you please stay connected for future updates?
