Matters of the heart:-Solutions For Specific Heart Woes

This is the day the Lord has made, and YES, we will rejoice and be glad in it because we are above the grave. Therefore, this means we have another opportunity to correct our mistakes, make better choices concerning our health, mend broken relationships, and, last but certainly not least, make Jesus our Savior. Beloved, I am not a licensed medical doctor, I am just an individual seeking to lead a healthful lifestyle, and I want all of you to desire the same.

So, I am so excited about this segment entitled “Matters of The Heart.” The heart is a beautifully designed organ designed by our creator up above, and its proper functioning is vital to our survival. Four of these functions are:

  1. It delivers oxygen-rich blood to our body.
  2.  It receives deoxygenated blood and carries waste away from the body.
  3.  It maintains blood pressure.
  4.  It pumps hormones and other vital substances to different parts of the body.

I have been learning so much, and today I wish to share with you a few solutions for specific heart woes that I came across (Source, The Natural Remedies Encyclopedia). So here goes:

Heart disease

Do not eat fried foods; it is a no for especially those with heart disease because it contains high trans or saturated fat. Also, avoid Vitamin D from animals, fish, and dairy products. Instead, you can obtain essential fatty acids from cold-pressed flax or wheat germ oil. Take Selenium, vitamin E, and alfalfa (5-10) tablets daily. Exercise is necessary; walk for at least 30 minutes daily.

Palpitations

Do not eat MSG, Caffeine, sugar, or processed foods. Avoid food allergens. Take Vitamin B1, B3 C, Selenium, and potassium.

Cardiac Arrhythmia

Avoid food allergens and MSG. Instead, incorporate Selenium, Chromium, magnesium, and potassium into your diet.

Angina

Exercise for 30 minutes every day. Reduce vitamin D intake(fish, meat, dairy products, etc.). Avoid Caffeine, sugar, and cigarette smoke.

Congestive Heart Failure

The cause could be lung disease and high blood pressure. So add Vitamin B1 and Selenium to your diet.

Myocardial Infraction

Use this to rebuild; vitamin C, Vitamin E, Selenium, and Vitamin A (in the form of beta carotene) and supplement Hydrochloric acid.

Jeremiah 33:6 – Behold, I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them and reveal to them abundance of prosperity and security.

Remember, be good to you body and it will be good to you.

Be bless.
