I am passionate about many things in life, but my top three are undoubtedly my faith, my family, and health reformation. A new wave is sweeping across the world, the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. More and more people are beginning to realize that this may very well be the solution to the sickness and disease crisis plaguing both the young and the old.
What sets me apart in this growing movement is that the health message I share is built on a foundation of Jesus Christ. While many have embraced and successfully applied God’s natural methods for human vitality, they often leave out the true Source, the One who created and works through nature’s bounty to bring us healing. In doing so, they miss the opportunity to deliver a complete healing message to a world suffering from both sin and sickness.

Recently, my sister-in-law had a beautiful plant-based wedding, and I was honored to contribute to her special day. With the help of my eldest daughter, we prepared a large, delightful bowl of homemade hummus. I had a vision for how I wanted it to taste and look, and we went to work joyfully bringing it to life.
It was my first time making such a large batch, but I welcomed the challenge as a chance to expand my skills. The result? Phenomenal flavor. It was smooth, rich, and vibrant, just the way I imagined. It felt good knowing I could play a small part in her celebration and offer something healthy and delicious to her guests, especially those who are still skeptical about plant-based living God’s way.
Many people rarely get to taste something both flavorful and free from harmful chemicals and preservatives. That day, they did. We served it with wholesome crackers, and the main ingredients were simple and pure: chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, sea salt, paprika, and fresh dill.
Though the quantity was meant for a larger crowd, the wedding itself was intimate and beautiful, and I believe God brought just the right people there.

Daniel 1:8-20 beautifully reminds us:
“But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat…” Here’s a direct link to Daniel 1:8–20 on BibleGateway (New King James Version).

Daniel’s commitment to honoring God through his lifestyle is the same commitment I strive to model and share.
Cheers to new beginnings and Godly health reformation!
