Healing & Nourishing Salad: This One Will Make You Wanna Dance!

This salad will have you coming back for more. It’s vibrant, delicious, and packed with goodness that nourishes and heals from the inside out.

And can I tell you, that green herb sauce? Holy guacamole! It’s so tantalizing to the taste buds, it’ll make you want to hug your mama (because over here, it’s all love and respect). My son ranked this combo number one, and trust, he’s had his fair share of salads, being Plantbased bred!

There’s something unexplainable that happens when the body receives live, whole foods. You feel energized, satisfied, but not droopy, heavy, or sleepy. It’s like a dance party going on inside, a celebration of wellness and vitality.

Truly, Plantbased living is holistically wholesome. So let’s jump into it, because it’s all about energy!

Ingredients

  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Crisp cucumbers
  • Colorful assorted bell peppers
  • Sweet onions
  • Creamy avocado
  • Nutritional yeast flakes for a cheesy, nutrient boost

Green Healing Sauce

Blend together:

  • Fresh cilantro, parsley, oregano, basil
  • Garlic & red onions
  • A splash of water

Finish with:

  • Celtic or Himalayan salt
  • Freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice

Directions

  1. Chop your veggies and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the green sauce over the mix. Add hemp seeds for extra nourishment unfortunately, I was out.
  3. Toss gently until everything is coated in flavor.
  4. Serve, savor, and enjoy the healing goodness.
